The Rector of SUA met with Bulgarian partners
06.02.2015On February 3, 2015 the Rector of SUA Dr.h.c. prof. Ing. Peter Bielik, PhD. received the representatives of Agrarian University in Plovdiv, Bulgaria – the Rector prof. Dr. Eng. Dimitar Dimitrov and the Vice – Rector for Education and Foreign relations prof. Dr. Maryiana Ivanova, accompanied by the Dean of Faculty of European Studies and Regional Development (FESRD) of our university prof. JUDr. Anna Bandlerova, PhD. The visit of the SUA was held on the occassion of the international meeting of a project which both universities have been successfully implementing since 2004.

Dr. Maryiana Ivanova, accompanied by the Dean of Faculty of European Studies and Regional Development (FESRD) of our university prof. JUDr. Anna Bandlerova, PhD. The visit of the SUA was held on the occassion of the international meeting of a project which both universities have been successfully implementing since 2004.
As it was mentioned at the meeting, many international projects as well as mutual exchanges of pedagogical mobilities have been jointly implemented so far. During the meeting other common areas for development of cooperation in international education, research and publishing activities in the sphere of agricultural trade, rural development, bio-economy and environmental sciences were specified.
For more than ten years of an active cooperation and support of the internationalization of education, the Dean of FESRD awarded a commemorative medals of the faculty to the representatives of the Agrarian University in Plodiv. Also Bulgarian partners highly appreciated the cooperation with the SUA. They also awarded a commemorative medal of their university to the Rector of SUA prof. Peter Bielik and to the Faculty of European Studies and Regional Development for the development and promotion of mutual relations.
