SUA signed an agreement on student exchanges with Zhejiang Wanli University
06.06.2025The Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (SUA) was visited on June 5 by a delegation from China's Zhejiang Wanli University, led by President Lin Zhihua.
The guests were welcomed at SUA by Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Internationalization Lucia Palšová and Vice-Rector for Science and Research Drahoslav Lančarič. After an introductory presentation of both universities, the possibilities of cooperation were discussed, especially in the area of student exchange stays. The meeting was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Elena Horská and the Director of the AgroBiotech (ABT) Research Center Adriana Kolesárová. The meeting included the signing of an agreement on student exchanges, which is an extension of the existing memorandum of understanding from January this year.
Finally, the guests visited the ABT Research Center and the premises of the SUA Creative Center.
Zhejiang Wanli University is a university with a 73-year history. It is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China, on the east coast of the country. It consists of five campuses in Qianhu, Huilong, Ninghai, Hi-tech Zone and Hamburg, Germany. It offers a range of courses including liberal arts, economics, management, law, art, science, engineering, agriculture and medicine. It currently has over 21,000 full-time undergraduate, graduate and international students.
