SUA has started a cooperation with Swiss company Midia Energy

Rector of SUA Dr.h.c. prof. Ing. Peter Bielik, PhD., on December 3, 2014 welcomed the Chairman of Swiss Company, Norman Turner accompanied by PhDr. Radoslav Behula from Midia Energy, s.r.o., Bratislava. Also present at the meeting were the Vice-rector for Science and Research of SUA prof. Ing. Ján Gaduš, PhD., and the Head of Foreign Relations and International Projects Office, Mgr. Vladislav Valach.
Rector of SUA Dr.h.c. prof. Ing. Peter Bielik, PhD., on December 3, 2014 welcomed the Chairman of Swiss Company, Norman Turner accompanied by PhDr. Radoslav Behula from Midia Energy, s.r.o., Bratislava. Also present at the meeting were the Vice-rector for Science and Research of SUA prof. Ing. Ján Gaduš, PhD., and the Head of Foreign Relations and International Projects Office, Mgr. Vladislav Valach.
The aim of the meeting was the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in solving the research projects between Midia Energy, s.r.o., Bratislava and SUA in Nitra. The cooperation will be focused mainly on increasing the use of renewable resources in Slovakia, the fulfilment of international obligations and the search for new technological solutions. This cooperation also creates the conditions for the use of capacity of currently built Research centre „AgroBioTech“ in SUA in order to find innovative solutions in using of renewable resources of the energy and innovative technology of the cultivation of agricultural crops.
“I am sure that the signing of the agreement about mutual cooperation allows both institutions more effective and more resolute access to the transfer of the latest knowledge in the field of innovations and the transfer of technology. I appreciate the possibility of cooperation with such a significant partner. Together we will try to solve very important issues of the present human civilization related to the use of geothermal resources,“ said the Rector of SUA, prof. P. Bielik.
“We have extensive working experiences in public sector and educational institutions. I think that our cooperation is very important for Slovakia. We will do everything for the fulfilment of mutual expectations,“ declared the chairman of Midia Group Mr. Norman Turner.
