Deep Tech in food technologies

She spent the entire month of February at the Slovak University of Agriculture, during which she was mentored by Mgr. Eva Kováčiková, PhD. as part of the DETECT! project. They devoted themselves to research in the field of bakery technologies - from the formulation of recipes, through the analysis of biologically active or mineral substances, to the evaluation of organoleptic properties. All thanks to the unique equipment and conditions provided by the AgroBioTech Research Centre.
